特种材料蒸发器抗震性能分析

摘要
针对某安全性要求极高的特种材料蒸发器,采用频谱分析法分析其抗震性能.利用ANSYS进行网格敏感性测试,确定主体部位网格尺寸,建立包含第一个固定管架与设备之间的管线在内的整体有限元模型,解决接管载荷数据缺失的问题;进行设计工况分析和模态分析,在此基础上通过频谱分析分别计算其在OBE和SSE两种地震作用下的应力,并参照国外某设计规范进行安全评定.结果表明在各种载荷作用下该蒸发器的最大应力远小于相应的许用值.
As to the fact that a certain evaporator made by special material requires very high safety,frequency spectrum analysis method is used to analyze the a seismic safety.The test on mesh sensitivity is carried out using ANSYS,then the mesh size of the main part of the evaporator is determined,and the whole finite element model including the pipe arrangements between the first fixed pipe support and the evaporator is established so that the problem without nozzle load data can be solved.After performing design condition analysis and modal analysis,the stresses under the seismic effects including OBE and SSE are calculated by frequency spectrum analysis,and the safety assessment based on a foreign code is done.The results show that the maximum stresses of the evaporator under various loads are far less than the allowable value.
