基于PDA移动终端卫生应急现场处置系统的设计

摘要
目的:加强卫生应急队伍装备的信息化建设,改善传统信息采集工具的局限性,以适应卫生应急工作需要。方法:使用个人数字助理(掌上电脑)(PDA)移动终端的卫生应急现场处置系统的设计,采用专家调查法进行卫生应急现场处置中需求分析。结果:着重从模块和功能两个层面介绍了基于PDA移动终端的卫生应急现场处置系统的设计,并分析了其在现场卫生应急处置工作中的具体作用。结论:PDA移动终端具有性能稳定、携带方便及功耗低的特点,在卫生应急现场处置中具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective:To improve the limitations of the traditional information collection tools and strengthen informationization of health emergency equipment in order to meet the needs of health emergency.Methods:We use Delphi method to analyze the needs of health emergency on-side disposal by using PDA movable termination-based health emergency on-site disposal system.Results:It introduced the design of PDA mobile termination-based health emergency onsite disposal system through module and function and analyzed its specific role in on-site health emergency response.Conclusion:The terminal is easy to carry,low power consumption,and performs stably.It also has broad application prospects.
