基于认知无线电的应急通信网络设计与应用

摘要
针对应急通信网络可靠性较低且不能充分利用稀缺网络资源等缺陷,利用认知无线电实时频谱感知和伺机频谱接入提高频谱资源利用率的优点,在资源受限的条件下,构建了一种基于认知无线电的应急通信网络。这种认知应急通信网络将对传统的公共应急通信系统进行升级改造,采用4层网络体系架构,是一种建立在底层异构物理网络上的软件可调节网络。认知应急通信网络互联整合事发现场的各种专用应急通信系统并进行QoS反馈控制,以提高应急通信服务的可靠性和可用性。实例分析表明,这种应急通信网络可通过资源实时感知和自适应管理缓解紧急情况下的资源紧缺问题,适用于多种应急场景。
Emergency communication network is low reliability and cannot exploit scarce network resource.Cognitive radio can improve spectrum utilization by real-time spectrum sensing and opportunistic spectrum access,emergency communications network based on cognitive radio is built in the resource-constrained conditions.This kind of cognitive emergency communication network will upgrade and modify traditional public emergency communication systems.Meanwhile,it adopts four-layered network architecture and is a software adjustable network based on underlying heterogeneous physical networks.It interconnects various special emergency communication systems in the scene and performs QoS feedback control to improve reliability and availability of emergency communication services.Case analysis shows that the emergency communication network based on cognitive radio can solve the shortage of resources in emergency situations by resource real-time perception and adaptive management and is applicable to a variety of emergency scenarios.
