钻削式采煤机钻削机构系统动力学研究

摘要
为探寻钻削式采煤机在实际钻进过程中出现的严重偏斜,有效地控制和预测其截割机构的运动规律和动力学行为,建立了550 mm钻削式采煤机钻削机构刚柔耦合的系统动力学模型。利用ANSYS对钻杆进行柔性化,导入ADAMS中,利用ADAMS/Vibration模块对钻削机构进行受迫振动分析,得到了柔性体条件下螺旋钻头在x、y、z三个方向的振动情况。
To investigate serious skew of the auger shearer during actual drilling process,effectively control and forecast the motion law and dynamic behavior of its cutting mechanism,a dynamic rigid-flexible coupling model of the drilling unit of a 550 mm auger shearer was established. The flexible model of the drill stem was built in ANSYS and then imported into ADAMS. After that,the forced vibration analysis on the drilling unit was carried out by ADAMS/Vibration module,and vibration of the auger in direction x,y and z in flexible mode was obtained.
