城市地下管线普查方案设计与实施

摘要
准确掌握城市地下市政管网信息,建立和完善城市地下管线信息管理系统是提升城市管理能力、提高为公众服务水平的重要方面,也是普遍采用的工作模式。采用地下管线普查手段是掌握城市地下管线现状的有效方法。结合上海首个同时应用于市政管理与地下空间利用的普查项目成果,分析了地下管线普查方案设计中的用户需求,提出了标准制定、流程设计、过程实现、关键环节和人员配置的方法。
Chinese cities generally use an information management system for urban underground pipelines based on a comprehensive survey of pipelines in the area.Huangpu district is the first area to use census results for this purpose.Based on their requirements,the project proposed several important aspects of the census scheme including the standard setting,workflow design,process implementation,and the configuration of key links and staff.
