岩石材料变形破坏过程应用程序开发

摘要
为研究岩石表面变形破坏过程的变化特征,以岩石常规力学性质试验视频为研究对象,设计可视化应用程序.程序界面包括静态图像处理和视频处理.静态图像处理界面由图像类型转换、图像边缘检测、图像形态学处理和图像滤波处理等4个模块组成.视频处理界面提供试验视频帧数、历时、帧图像大小和维数等基本信息.通过在可视化界面上进行所需参数设置,可以实现单帧图像特征纹理参数和岩石试样表面位移场的计算.2个示例说明使用该应用程序进行岩石材料变形破坏过程分析是可行的.该程序可以为岩石材料变形特点和破坏机制的分析提供参考.
To study the change characteristics of rock surface deformation and failure process,a visual application program is designed taking the video of rock routine mechanical property test as study object.The program interfaces include static image processing and video processing.The static image processing interface consists of four modules,that are image type conversion,edge detection,morphological processing and image filtering.The basic information are provided in the interface of video processing,such as video frame number,duration,frame image size,dimension and so on.The single frame feature texture parameters and rock sample surface displacements can be calculated by setting parameters on the visual interfaces.Two examples show that it is feasible to analyze the deformation and failure process of rock material by the application program.The program can provide reference for the analysis on the deformation characteristics and failure mechanism of rock material.
