摘要

以喀拉喀什河流域洪水灾害为研究对象,对流域内洪水灾害的成因、类型、规律和特点做了简要分析。探讨了多年以来发生洪灾因素与不同月份间的关联关系,为抵御和降低洪水灾害所造成的经济损失,提出了最基本的8种减灾措施,对保障喀拉喀什河流域国民经济可持续发展和沿岸人民生活稳定都具有十分重要的意义。
Kalakashi River floods hazard as the research object,this paper briefly analyzed the causes,type,rules and characteristics of the floods hazard,and explored the many years the relationship between the floods factors and different months.To resist and reduce the economic losses caused by the flood disaster,it proposed the most basic mitigation measures;those had great significance for the sustainable development and the protection of the national economy of Kalakashi River coastal people's lives stable.
