基于HHT的锚杆锚固质量声波无损检测

摘要
锚杆锚固质量的无损检测工作在锚杆锚固工程中具有十分重要的地位和作用。分别应用FFT和HHT方法对锚杆信号进行了分析,分析结果表明,首先提取首波信号,然后将检测信号作HHT分解,分解后的信号与首波信号作相关,能更好地检测到反射波信号,得到较为准确的锚杆质量参数。
The nondestructive testing work of the bolt's anchoring quality plays an important role in the bolt anchoring engineering.This paper applies the FFT and HHT methods to analyze the bolt signals.The analysis results show that,after extracting the initial wave signals and then HHT decomposing of the detected signals,the decomposed signals can detect the reflected wave signals better thus to obtain more accurate bolt quality parameters by conducting the correlation analysis with initial signals.
