具有认知能力的应急通信系统构建研究

摘要
阐述了构建具有认知能力的应急通信系统的背景,介绍认知无线电和认知网络的基本概念和技术特点,给出了支持应急通信的认知网络的体系结构和模型,并对认证处理引擎和可调节网络进行了说明。探讨如何将认知应急通信网络应用于城市突发事件、地震灾害救援、森林火情监控等应急场景,并展望该系统的发展趋势。
Background requirements of constructing cognitive emergency communication systems were expatiated and technical traits of CR and CN were introduced.Network architecture and model of cognitive emergency communication system were proposed.CPE and SAN were explained too.Finally,several application scenarios,such as city incidents,earthquake rescue,forest fire monitorig,and future works of cognitive emergency communication network were discussed and prospected.
