天津南港投资服务中心高层连体结构抗震设计

摘要
结合天津南港投资服务中心连体高层的工程实例,从方案制定到结构计算做了详细的介绍。采用反应谱分析、弹性时程分析和弹塑性时程分析等多种方法,针对两个单塔、连体结构和连接体在多遇地震和罕遇地震下的抗震性能分别做了较为细致的分析,揭示了连体高层的一些力学特性,并对连体部位和薄弱部位提出了加强措施。
Through the project of the tall building with connected structure of Nangang Investment Service Center in Tianjin,the details from the proposal making to the structure calculation are presented.In order to analysis the seismic behavior of the two single towers,the connective structure and the towers linked with connective structure,the spectrum analysis,the elastic time history analysis and elastic-plastic analysis method are carried out.Some mechanical characters are proclaimed,and the measures are put forward to strengthen the weak positions.
