某中学砖混结构教学楼隔震加固设计与施工

摘要
本文以南疆某中学3层砖混结构教学楼抗震加固工程为背景,探讨了在高烈度区采用隔震加固技术对多层砌体房屋进行抗震加固的计算分析方法、施工工艺及相应的关键技术。结果表明:在高烈度区的中小学校舍采用基础隔震加固,不仅可以有效降低上部结构的地震作用,还可以缩短工期,降低加固成本,值得大力推广。
In this paper,based on the seismic reinforcement engineering of three-storey brick and concrete structure building in a middle school of the southern border,the computation method,the construction process and technologies of isolation reinforcement for masonry building in high-intensity area are discussed.The result shows that the reinforcement by base-isolated for school building can effectively reduce the seismic action of the upper structure,can shorten the construction periods and can reduce reinforcement costs.It provides reference for school building reinforcement.
