纤维-PTFE板橡胶组合隔震支座水平性能试验研究

摘要
纤维-PTFE板橡胶组合隔震支座是用纤维布或PTFE板作为加强层来束缚橡胶层的横向变形的,由于加强层的不同,在一定程度上将引起支座力学性能的变化。为研究支座的水平力学性能,设计4组隔震支座进行水平剪切试验研究,结果表明,在反复加载过程中,支座的力学性能稳定,各支座的水平刚度受加强层影响不大,各支座等效阻尼比随着纤维布层数的增多而增加;特别是在较大剪切变形下,纤维-PTFE板橡胶组合隔震支座具有较大的等效阻尼比,表现出良好的耗能性能。
In the fiber-PTFE board and rubber combined isolation bearings, fiber cloth or PTFE board is as reinforced layer, which bounds to the lateral deformation of the rubber layer. Due to the difference in reinforced layer, the bearing mechanical properties is changed to some extent. In order to study the horizontal mechanical properties of bearings, 4 groups of isolation bearings were designed to take the horizontal shear test. The results show that during the process of repeated loading, the mechanical properties of bearings is stable, the reinforced layers have little influence on the horizontal stiffness of bearings, in addition, the equivalent damping ratio of bearings is increased with the fiber cloth layer increasing. Especially under the larger shear deformation, the fiber- PTFE board and rubber combined isolation bearings have higher equivalent damping ratio and better performance of energy consumption.
