摘要

"北京观象台历史地震记录图抢救与共享"课题是科技部"数据共享课题"的一个子专题。其目的是收集、整理北京国家地球观象台的历史地震记录图,扫描成图形数据文件,并形成相应的电子文档;采用先进的数据库技术和网络技术,初步建成了集历史地震资料抢救保存和资料共享服务于一体,面向科学研究、面向社会多种需求的历史地震记录图库及其服务系统。
"Beijing National Earth Observatory(NEOBJI)Historical Seismogram Saving and Data Sharing" is the part of the "Seismological Data Sharing" project of Ministry of Science and Technology of China.The goal is collecting and arranging the historical seismograms of NEOBJI,then scanning them into image files,and editing them into electronic files.The advanced database and web technique were adopted to establish the data sharing service system to satisfy the multiple demands of scientific research and public service.
