氯盐侵蚀环境下钢纤维再生混凝土抗压性能试验研究

摘要
探讨了钢纤维再生混凝土在氯盐侵蚀环境下的抗压性能。首先,在室内配制水灰比分别为0.45、0.53、0.61的标准立方体钢纤维再生混凝土试件各27个,在标准条件下养护28d;再将这三种水灰比的试件分别浸入浓度为2.0%、3.5%、5.0%的Na Cl溶液中浸泡50d、100d、150d,并测得其抗压强度;最后分别对标准立方体试件上深度为5mm~25mm处的氯离子含量进行了测定。试验结果表明:随着水灰比的减小,钢纤维再生混凝土抗压强度逐渐增大;在浸泡天数相同的条件下,其抗压强度随着氯离子浓度的增加呈降低趋势,且在同一深度下水灰比越大的试件,侵入的氯离子浓度越高;在浸泡浓度相同的条件下,其抗压强度随着浸泡时间的增长而降低。
According to formulated steel fiber recycled concrete standard, cube specimens of which water-cement ratio is 0.45, 0.53, 0.61 indoor and each of 27, and at a concentration of 2.0%, 3.5%, 5.0% Na Cl solution soak 50 d, 100 d, 150 d after curing 28 d under standard conditions are prepared, for the purpose to investigate steel fiber recycled concrete compressive properties under the chloride salt penetration. The compressive strength and chloride ion content are obtained by experiments, which show that the compressive strength is increased with decreasing the water-cement ratio, the compressive strength shows a downward trend with the increase of chloride ion concentration under the same soak days, and the bigger the water-cement ratio, the higher the invasive chloride ions at the same depth of specimen. The compressive strength is decline with the increase of soaking time under the conditions of same soak concentration.
