粉煤灰自保温空心砌块砌体抗压性能试验研究

摘要
粉煤灰自保温空心砌块是一种新型非承重墙体材料,为使其得到推广应用,进行了空心砌块砌体抗压性能试验,分析了砌体裂缝开展及破坏过程,得到了抗压强度和弹性模量的建议计算公式,以及泊松比建议值。试验结果表明:粉煤灰空心砌块砌体的受压破坏过程及特征与其他砌块砌体类似,但具有更大的脆性;抗压强度、弹性模量均小于普通混凝土空心砌块砌体,泊松比取值偏大。
Fly-ash thermal insulation hollow block is a kind of new material for non-load-bearing walls.In order to promote the application of this new material in buildings of seismic area,compressive mechanical performance of fly-ash thermal insulation hollow block masonry was tested and crack and failure progress was analyzed.From the test,the recommended formula of compressive strength and elastic modulus and recommended value of Poisson's ratio was received.The test results show that the failure processes and characteristics of the fly-ash thermal insulation hollow block masonry in compression are similar to that of the other block masonry,however the fly-ash thermal insulation hollow block masonry tend to fail in brittle manner.The compressive strength and elastic modulus are all less than that of the common hollow concrete block masonry,but Poisson's ratio is bigger.
