立井极破碎岩层掘进爆破技术

摘要
景福煤矿副立井穿过多层极破碎岩层,岩体自身稳定性较差,爆破时极易引起片帮冒落,对人身安全和设备构成危害。通过采取预裂爆破;设置缓冲孔;降低循环进尺,减小震源能量;选用低密度、低爆速炸药;采用合理的装药结构等爆破降震技术措施,取得了良好的爆破效果,减小了爆破对围岩的破坏,维护了围岩稳定,实现了极破碎岩层段安全快速施工。
A mine auxiliary shaft in Jingfu Mine had passed through several ultra broken rock strata.A stability of the rock was quite poor,would cause the sidewall spalling and the roof falling and would cause dangers to the personnel safety and equipment.With a pre-cracking blasting,buffering borehole,circulating rate reduced,seismic energy value reduced,low density and low detonation velocity explosives selected,rational explosive charge structure and other blasting vibration prevention technology measures applied,agood blasting effect was obtained,the surrounding failure by the blasting was reduced,the surrounding rock stability was maintained and a safety and rapid construction in the ultra broken rock section was realized.
