贵阳山地条件下特殊高层建筑结构设计

摘要
本项目位于贵阳市花果园项目的 C地块,地上13层,局部地下1层,建筑总高度为106.95m,为山地条件下特殊高层建筑结构设计项目。由于山体开挖后坡度陡峭,且边坡加固设计未考虑建筑物的荷载传递需要,因此整个建筑结构的竖向构件基础不能直接落在山体边坡上。结合项目背景,介绍了山地条件下本项目的关键技术问题,包括结构体系研究、主要结构构件选择、部分斜墙和楼板处理、山地建筑的地震作用和性能化抗震分析等内容。通过采用转换梁、支撑斜柱和斜墙组成的框架和剪力墙结构形式,实现了塔楼建筑结构与山体融为一体的构想,所采用的设计思路和解决方法对于一些山地条件下的高层建筑,尤其是特殊的退台建筑结构具有一定的借鉴作用。
Located in C plot of Hua Guoyuan project in Guiyang,the 106. 95 m high 13-storey building with one basement is a special high-rise building under mountain site condition. As the slope is quite steep due to excavation and its reinforcing design have not taken the building loads into account,the foundation of vertical components can' t directly set on the mountain slope. Based on the above consideration and background,the key technical issues in the respect of structural system selection,main structural components design,tackling of inclined wall and floor,extreme seismic action and performance-based seismic analysis were introduced. The structural design adopted moment frame and shear wall system,including inclined columns and walls,which enabled the entire building to blend into the surrounding landscape. The design idea and solutions significantly provided reference for high-rise building under mountain site condition,particularly the special setback structures.
