城市复杂环境下场地平整控制爆破设计及实施

摘要
为研究城市复杂环境下场地平整控制爆破相关理论及实践,以某场地平整土石方爆破为工程背景,设计了采用浅孔台阶爆破、二次爆破及桩孔爆破相结合的控制爆破设计方案。通过对爆破施工现场进行多次试爆,设计了该复杂环境下的控制爆破参数。采用TC-4850爆破测振仪对爆破地震波作用下的岩土体振动进行跟踪监测,对实测峰值合振速通过最小二乘法展开回归分析,得到该场地的爆破地震波衰减规律,爆破过程取得了安全高效的施工效果。
In order to study the theory and practice of ground leveling control blasting in complex urban environment,a shallow rock blasting scheme was performed. The controlled blasting scheme was designed with shallow bench blasting,secondary blasting and pile blasting methods. The control blasting parameters were designed in complicated environment through blasting construction site test. The TC-4850 blasting vibration was used to track and monitor the vibration of rock under the action of blast seismic waves. The measured peak velocity was analyzed through least square method and the blasting seismic wave attenuation rule of the field was obtained. Finally,the safe and effective blasting effects were obtained.
