水平双向压剪状态下铅芯叠层橡胶支座力学性能研究

摘要
建立了铅芯叠层橡胶支座的有限元模型,对支座在水平单向和双向压剪状态下的力学性能进行了研究,表明铅芯叠层橡胶支座在水平双向压剪状态下,由于水平双向受力的耦合效应,支座的耗能性能、屈服后刚度和水平等效刚度均有一定程度的降低,而支座的屈服力和等效阻尼比变化较小;水平双向压剪状态下,支座的最大水平剪应力明显增大,并且随着支座剪切变形的增大,其剪应力的增大幅度加大,使支座易由于承载力不足而发生破坏。因而,在设计时应考虑水平双向受力的耦合效应对铅芯叠层橡胶支座力学性能的影响。
A finite element model of the lead rubber bearing was established. The mechanical properties of the bearings in unidirectional and bidirectional compression-shear state were analyzed. The results show that in bidirectional compression-shear state,due to the coupling effects of the bidirectional force,the energy performance,the post-yield stiffness and the equivalent stiffness of the bearing reduced,the yield force and the equivalent damping ratio of the bearing have little change. In bidirectional compression-shear state,the maximum shear stress of the bearing obviously increases,and with the bearing shear deformation increase the shear stress of the bearing significantly increases,so that the bearing can be damaged due to its insufficient capacity. Therefore,the coupling effects of the bidirectional force on the mechanical properties of the lead rubber bearing should be considered.
