焊接空心球节点网壳结构的节点刚度等效刚臂换算研究

摘要
焊接空心球节点是网壳结构中常用的节点形式。本文提出了一种等效刚臂换算方法考虑焊接空心球节点刚度,并利用ANSYS有限元软件建立焊接空心球节点网壳结构的传统的梁单元模型和等效刚臂换算法的模型,对40m跨度的焊接空心球节点单层球面网壳进行静力和稳定性能分析,并进行了对比,讨论了设计中焊接空心球节点刚度对网壳整体结构刚度及稳定性的影响。同时,还研究考虑有限元软件计算中梁单元的计算精度对计算结果的影响。本文对焊接空心球节点单层网壳结构设计工作中考虑焊接空心球节点等效刚臂作用的意义提出了建议。
Welded hollow spherical joint is a common joint form in reticulated shell. In this paper,one kind of method is introduced in order to consider the stiffness of welded hollow spherical joint,and then traditional beam element model and equivalent rigidity model are established to compare the static and stability performance of these two models. The influence of the stiffness of welded hollow spherical joint on reticulated shell's integral stiffness and stability is discussed. Moreover,the influence of beam element's computational accuracy on the result is also studied. At last,the suggestions about consider the equivalent stiffness of welded hollow spherical joint in structure design is suggested.
