基于北斗卫星的电力调度应急通信系统的研究

摘要
针对宁夏电力调度应急通信系统的现状与问题,结合电力调度应急通信的功能需求,提出一种基于北斗卫星系统的便于调度通信信息集成与功能扩展的电力调度应急通信的实现方式。研究结果表明:基于北斗卫星的电力调度应急通信系统解决了现有应急通信系统的瓶颈问题,同时为调度信息自动化处理及统一的应急通信信息平台的形成提供通信支撑。
Analyzes the status quo and problems of Ningxia power dispatching emergency communication system,combining with the functional requirements of power dispatching emergency communication,puts forward a realization mode of power dispatching emergency communication system which convenient for dispatching communication information integration and function expansion based on Beidou satellite. The research result shows that the power dispatching emergency communication system based on Beidou satellite solves the bottleneck problem of the current emergency communication system,at the same time provides communication support for dispatching information automatization processing and a unified emergency communication information platform forming.
