摘要

阐述了结构抗震能力对房屋建筑的重要性,对房屋结构设计中的结构构件布局、纵横墙布置、圈梁和构造柱设置等技术进行了总结,并对隔震技术及消能减震技术的创新内容进行了补充,以提升我国房屋建筑结构抗震能力。
The paper illustrates the importance of the structural anti-seismic capacity of housing buildings,sums up some techniques in the structural design,including the structural layout,vertical and horizontal walls,ring beam,allocation of constructional columns,makes up the innovation of the seismic isolation technique and energy dissipation,promote the anti-seismic capacity of housing architectural structures in China.
