摘要

基于文献研究、实地调研及逻辑分析等研究方法,提出了安全性、易达性、易救性、适用性、平灾一体化等安全岛设置位置选取原则,并对建筑场地、疏散拥堵情况、疏散距离等安全岛设置位置限制条件以及建筑结构类型、危险源、建筑功能等安全岛设置位置影响因素进行了分析,提出了安全岛设置位置影响因素排序建议及选取步骤。
This article aims to propose the principle of choosing the shelter set position such as security,accessibility,easy-saved,applicability,combination of peace time and disaster on the basis of literature research,practical investigation and logical analysis. And then w e analyze the restricted conditions such as sites,congestion,distance and influence factors such as structure type,hazard,function of shelters position in existing public buildings in order to propose the principle of choosing the shelter position and the selection step.
