含瓦斯煤体加载破坏声-电前兆信息试验研究

摘要
针对含瓦斯煤体加载破坏前兆信息难以识别、提取的研究现状,自行研制了含瓦斯煤体加载声-电监测装置,对含瓦斯煤体加载全过程进行实时监测以获取声-电前兆信息。试验结果表明:声-电监测系统能够捕捉到含瓦斯煤体产生的电荷与声发射信号,加载过程中部分电荷信号先于声发射信号变化,声-电信号的产生与煤体内部裂纹扩展相关;煤体内部自由电荷与声发射信号的产生具有本质上的区别,前者是在压电效应、摩擦作用、微破裂新生表面电荷分离以及瓦斯运移携带电荷等综合叠加作用下产生,而后者是煤体内部裂纹扩展以脉冲波形式释放应变能的过程;通过划分含瓦斯煤体加载破坏声-电前兆信息异常区域,确定了声-电监测技术应用于矿山动力灾害预警的可行性。
According to the current research status that precursory information is difficult to be identified and extracted during the failure process of coal containing gas loading,the acousto-charge monitoring device of coal containing gas loading has been developed by the authors to obtain the acoustic emission and charge precursory information in whole loading process.The experimental results show the acousto-charge monitor system can capture charge and acoustic emission signal generated by coal containing gas.Part of charge signal changes ahead of acoustic emission signal during the process of loading.Acousto-charge signal is related to crack propagation of inner coal.Free charge and the acoustic emission produced in coal have essential difference.The former is produced under the comprehensive additive effect of piezoelectric effect,friction effect,charge separation because of new surface produced by micro fracture,gas migration carrying charge and so on,however,the latter is the process of inner coal crack propagation and release strain energy in pulse wave form.The study demonstrates that the application of acousto-charge monitoring technology to mine dynamic disaster early warning is feasible through the division of acousto-charge precursory information abnormal area of coal containing gas under failure.
