某高层RC框架剪力墙建筑隔震方案优化比选及分析

摘要
高层建筑隔震设计时,由于使用要求,业主会提出一些特殊的设计要求,因此如何在满足各项要求下取得较优隔震效果是值得深入研究的问题。以某拟建工程为研究对象,根据隔震设计目标,进行方案设计比选和参数分析,主要考虑了单纯隔震方案、增设剪力墙+隔震方案以及增设阻尼器+隔震方案三种情况,通过大量的参数分析和方案比选得到了满足设计目标要求的最佳方案。分析结果表明:对于高层隔震结构来说,增设剪力墙是提高减震效果的一种手段,但是增加较少剪力墙对减震效果的贡献有限,增加较多剪力墙则会涉及到建筑使用功能要求等相关事宜;而改变隔震层非铅芯支座的个数,优化隔震层阻尼器的设计参数可以得到理想的减震效果,有效控制隔震层位移。
For the high-rise isolated building,the developers of the buildings may make some special design requests,so it is worth studing how to obtain better isolation effect after meeting various requests. An actual high-rise building was taken as the research object to analyse and compare the isolated design schemes including completely isolation scheme,composite scheme of isolation and increasing the number of shear walls,composite scheme of isolation and damper,according to the design objective. By a large number of analyses,a best isolation scheme meeting all design requests is obtained. The results show that: for the high-rise isolated building,increasing the number of shear wall is one of effective method to improve isolation effect,but less shear walls limite their contribution to the isolation effect,and more shear walls may affect the use function of the buildings. Changing the number of natural rubber bearing LNR and adding some oil damper with optimal design parameters at isolated layer can receive the ideal isolation effect and effectively control the displacement of isolated layer.
