液化石油气储库特大断面光面爆破设计

摘要
以某液化石油气储库特大断面地下洞室为研究对象,对单位炸药消耗量、炮眼间距、最小抵抗线等7个主要钻爆参数进行了综合选取,确定了分层开挖光面爆破起爆网路与参数。采用TC-4850爆破测振仪,对爆破地震波作用下洞室围岩质点振动速度及振动主频率进行了监测。依据监测结果,对爆破参数进行了调整:各分层单位炸药消耗量均增加5%,最小抵抗线取50 cm,各分层起爆网路均增加2个起爆段别。现场爆破开挖洞形光滑平整,半炮眼痕迹达到90%以上,最大欠挖量小于10 cm,洞室围岩质点爆破振动速度未超过安全允许值,取得了良好的光面爆破效果。
Based on underground cavern with super large section about liquefied petroleum gas storage cavern in Yantai,seven main blasting parameters were comprehensively selected such as the powder factor,blasthole spacing and minimum burden. The blasting parameters and firing circuit of smooth blasting with excavation were determined.With blasting monitor meter TC-4850,the vibration velocity and main vibration frequency of particles of surrounding rock under the action of blasting seismic wave were monitored. According to the monitoring results,the blasting parameters were adjusted. The powder factors in each layer was improved 5%,the minimum burden was reduced to50 cm and the explosive delay interval was promoted two delays. In the field test,the blasting excavation shape was flat and smooth,with half-hole rate above 90%,the maximum under-excavated value less than 10 cm,and the vibration velocity of particle less than the safety value. Good smooth blasting effects were achieved.
