高层建筑基础隔震的性能化设计及应用

摘要
隔震层传递竖向荷载并耗散地震能量,合理可靠的隔震设计才能保证隔震结构实现预期的性能目标。本文讨论了由隔震层的恢复力特性和反应谱来简单评估隔震层剪切变形的方法,讨论了隔震层中各元件的性能目标,结合上部结构和隔震层的性能目标提出了高层建筑基础隔震的性能化设计方法,最后采用工程实例进行了详细说明。结果表明,本文提出的设计方法能够合理地进行隔震设计,并能很好地对隔震层的响应进行评价。
Isolation layer transfer vertical loads and dissipate seismic energy,reasonable and reliable isolation design can make the isolation structure achievinga desired performance goals. This article discusses a method of using restoring force characteristics and spectral response to simply assess shear deformationof isolation layer,it also discusses the performance goals of each element in isolation layer,it proposed performance-based design method of base isolation combining the upper structure and the isolation layer performance goals,Finally,using engineering examples to describe the method in detail. The results show that the proposed design method can design the isolation layer reasonably,and can be a good method to evaluate the response of it.
