摘要

多层砖砌体房屋的抗震验算较为繁琐，通过适当的模型假定，对水平地 震剪力的获取，墙肢的抗侧刚度，墙体截面抗震承载力的验算，进行合理的简化及归纳，省 去了总水平地震体用标准值和各楼层地震作用力的计算，从而减少工作量，具有很大的实用 价值 .
The checking of the earthquake resistance of the multistoried bric kmade building is complicated. In this paper, by appropriate model presuming, th e acquiring processes of the earthquake－ caused shear, the calculation of the s ideslip－ resistance stiffness and the checking of earthquake－ resistance capac ity of the wall section are reasonably simplified and induced. As a result,the w hole checking process is relatively simplified, meanwhile, the result of the che cking is also reliable.
