水泥厂异形柱转窑机架控制爆破拆除

摘要
介绍了高64m的异形柱框架转窑机架定向控制爆破拆除。通过对异形柱的预处理,使其成为规则方形柱,避免了异形柱拐角处钢筋密难打孔、爆破后碎碴难以出笼的情况发生,使机架能顺利倒塌。为了控制转窑机架倒塌时的触地震动,采取了秒差延期爆破、增加缓冲层等技术措施,使控爆拆除完全达到了预期的效果。
The frame of the rotary kiln with special-shaped pillar of 64m was demolished by directional blasting.Pretreatment of the special-shaped pillar was taken so as to make it into regular square shape,to avoid the difficulty of drilling holes at the section of dense steel bars at the corner of the pillar,which may result that the collapsing fragments are hard to come out the frame,to achieve the frame to collapse smoothly.For controlling the touchdown vibration delay millisecond blasting together with the measures like using vibration damper was taken.The blasting demolition reached completely the expected effect.
