摘要

指出静力弹塑性(Pushover)分析方法目前已经成为对已有和新结构进行抗震性能评估常用的方法,对Pushover分析方法的分析目的,目标位移以及横向荷载的确定进行了简单的介绍,以进一步推广该分析方法的应用。
The author points out that the static elasto-plastic(Pushover) analysis method has become a common method of getting anti-seismic performance evaluation to existing and new structure,and introduces briefly the Pushover method's analysis aim,target displacement and the conforming of lateral loads,so as to further popularize the application of this analysis method.
