呼和浩特市满都海公园防灾避险规划设计

摘要
我国幅员辽阔,人口众多,城市安全隐患越来越大。城市防灾体系与避灾绿地建设呈现出滞后的状况。应该尽快研究和落实城市固定避灾场所和公园绿地的规划、设计、建设。当灾害来临时,可以避免和减低人民生命和财产的损失。本文借鉴国内外先进的经验和案例,通过现场调查、勘测方法,初步对呼和浩特市满都海公园绿地防灾避险规划、设计方面进行了探讨。如果能够实施本规划,将提高呼和浩特市防灾避险能力,促进城市可持续发展
China is a vast country with a large population;the potential danger of city is more and more serious.However,the construction of the disaster prevention system and green land which used for avoid disaster is not optimistic.So we should study and implement the plan,design,construction of steady place and green land in park which used for avoid disaster as soon as possible.When disaster happened,it will reduce or even avoid the loss of people's lives and possession.This article learns from both domestic and foreign advanced experiences and examples,Through on-site investigation,survey methods.Preliminary discuss the plan and design of Hohhot ManDuHai park green land which used for avoid disaster.If this plan can be implemented,there is no doubt that the ability of avoid disaster in Hohhot will be improved.In addition to,it can promote Sustainable development.
