摘要

文章以旭日上城(一期)5#地下室及上部10~17层高层建筑为例,重点介绍了地下室大跨度预应力顶板的结构设计与构造及高层建筑剪力墙体系的设计分析。
In this paper,by case study of fifth basement & tenth to seventeenth upper high-rise buildings in Sun-rising Uptown residential area,the author focuses on the structural design & construction of large-span prestressed basement roof and the analysis of high-rise buildings’ shear wall system.Also structural deformations caused by seismic(earthquake) force & wind load are discussed.
