微型电网及其在防震减灾中的应用

摘要
微型电网为解决分布式发电并网带来的技术挑战以及减轻地震等自然灾害对电网的影响提供了新思路。文章介绍了微型电网的概念及国内外研究现状。结合日本内阁府发表的1995年阪神大地震教训资料以及日本地震预警系统中紧急防灾应对体系的实证研究状况,以日本东京海洋大学越中岛校园的区域能源供给系统示范工程为例,阐述了微型电网在地震避难所能源供应方面所起的作用,最后总结了微型电网在防震减灾应用中有待深入研究的关键性课题。
Microgrid offers a new idea to solve the technical challenge brought by the interconnection of distributed generation and reduce the affects of natural disaster such as earthquake on power grid. In this paper the concept of microgrid and present situation of the research in this field home and abroad are described. Based on the materials related to the lessons from the Hanshin Earthquake occurred in Japan in the year of 1995 that is released by the Cabinet Office of Japan and the empirical research situation of emergency disaster prevention system in the earthquake early warning system of Japan, and taking the demonstration project of regional energy supply system in Etchujima Campus of Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology for example, the role that microgrid could play in the energy supply for earthquake refuge is expounded. Finally, the key topics of microgrid to be researched in depth in the application of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction are summarized.
