自动化智能化钻井技术进展

摘要
在介绍旋转导向钻井技术和地质导向钻井技术等近几年来钻井新技术发展的基础上,阐述了下一步钻井技术的发展方向,构建了自动化智能化钻井新技术的发展框架;通过开展随钻地震技术、近钻头测量技术等钻井新技术的研究攻关,实现钻井过程的随钻预测及自动控制;通过开展智能钻杆技术实现井下数据与地面数据及控制指令的高速率传输,最终形成闭环钻井系统,实现自动化智能化钻井。
After the introduction of the rotary steering drilling, geologic sterring drilling and other new drilling techniques, the next advance of drilling technique is expounded,which are composed of the framework of the automatic intelligence drilling technique.Through the research on new drilling techniques such as seismic:while drilling and near-the-bit measurement technique,the prediction while drilling and au- tomatic control are realized.Through the intelligent drill pipe technique,the high-speed transmission of downhole data,ground data and control command are established to generate a drilling system of closed loop,thus realizing the automatic intelligent drilling.
