多胀头膨胀天然气井套管修复载荷估算

摘要
天然气井套管在地震载荷作用下发生变形,无法进行正常生产。采用特殊的技术使膨胀头下到变形位置后,在外力作用下,对套管膨胀,使其恢复到原来的形状尺寸。使用设计软件CATIA建立了天然气套管和膨胀头的模型,并生成装配模型。在有限元软件ABAQUS内分析了膨胀变形套管需要的载荷,分析中考虑了材料的塑性变形,采用两个膨胀头多套管进行两次膨胀,使总的膨胀载荷降低。计算表明,当套管承受10MPa外压时,第一膨胀头需要的载荷为14418N,第二膨胀头需要的载荷为155744N。当不考虑套管的外压时,第一膨胀头需要的载荷为10751N,第二膨胀头需要的载荷为100480N。
Casing pipe of natural gas well deformed due to the earthquake load during Sichuan earthquake.The well could not be used to produce natural gas any more.Special technique was used to set swell head down to the deformation area.Under the expansion load of swell head,the casing pipe restore to original dimension.The casing pipe and swell head model were constructed and assembled together in design software CATIA.The expansion load of casing pipe was calculated in finite element software ABAQUS,with material plastic deformation considered.The result showed that the load for the first swell head was 14418N,while 155744N for the second swell head,when the external pressure on the casing pipe was 10MPa.The load for the first swell head was 10751N,while 100480N for the second swell head,when the external pressure on the casing pipe was neglected.
