750kV高原型交流系统用金属氧化物避雷器

摘要
按照西北地区750kV金属氧化物避雷器高原地区运行特点,在瓷套式设计、均压措施、老化特性、压力释放、密封结构及抗震能力等方面,进行了针对性的研究。采用了均压环和内部并联均压环两种方式,电压分布不均匀系数在10%以内。采取了双面压力释放结构和增大防爆片的面积、降低压力释放强度和改进瓷套设计等,避雷器具有良好的压力释放装置,使避雷器在故障时能快速、准确的动作,大电流压力释放达到50kA,小电流压力释放能力800A。避雷器通过了正弦共振拍波地震烈度为8度的抗震验证。采用控制密封圈压缩量和增涂密封胶等措施,保证避雷器有良好的密封结构。已生产了200多台避雷器,在西北电网正常投入运行。
The special researches have been performed aiming to the aspects on porcelain-body design,voltage grading measures,aging characteristic,pressure relief,seal structure and anti-seismic performance of 750 kV zinc-oxide surge arrester according to the operation characteristics in northwest of China.Grading ring and internal parallel grading ring are adopted which makes the voltage uneven distribution coefficient is within 10%;Two sides pressure relief structure is adopted;Area of explosion prevention piece is enlarged;Pressure relief strength is reduced and bushing design is improved.Good pressure relief device is set on the arrester which makes the quick and accurate operation when fault occurs and the high short circuit current reaches 50 kA,while low short circuit current is 800 A.Also the surge arrester has passed the anti-seismic test of sinusoidal resonance beat wave with 8 degree earthquake intensity.Good sealing structure of surge arrester is ensured through the measures of controlling the amount of compression of seal ring and adding the sealant.More than 200 phases surge arresters have been manufactured which have been put into operation in northwest grid in China.
