地下管线-土非一致激励振动台试验研究

摘要
地下管线的非一致激励振动台试验研究在国内外还属于空白。通过设置在两个振动台上的层装剪切箱,埋入钢制管道,输入合成相干地震波,进行了埋地钢管管土相互作用非一致激励振动台模型试验研究,探讨了非一致地震激励下的埋地管线-土的反应规律及发展变化过程。试验数据分析表明:(1)非一致激励输入的结构反应大于对应一致输入下的结构反应;(2)管土接触面不同点处的破坏发展是不同步的;(3)土体的相对位移是影响管体应变的直接因素(4)随输入振幅的增大,管土的振动形态出现很大差别。
The experimental research on the underground oil and gas pipes subjected to non-uniform earthquake wave excitation is still vacant at present.With two layered-equipped shear boxes set on two shaking tables respectively,this paper,by inputting intervening seismic waves,studies the interaction between the steel pipes embedded in the boxes and their surrounding soil.Based on the data from the experiment,both the damage mechanism of the pipes and the soil in the boxes and the whole damage evolution process are discussed.The following results can be concluded:(1)The responses of pipe subjected to non-uniform earthquake wave excitation is bigger than that subjected to uniform earthquake wave excitation.(2)The failure of pipe-soil interface develops from outside to inside and isn′t isochronous.(3)Soil displacement difference is the direct facfor affectiong the pipe strain value.(4)The acceleration of pipe can not be assumed to be the same as surrounding soil under increasing non-uniform earthquake excitation.
