AP1000核电厂汽机基础结构选型的探讨

摘要
基于美国西屋公司AP1000设计控制文件的要求,以咸宁核电厂采用的三菱机型汽轮发电机组为例,建立常规框架式基础和弹簧隔振基础2种模型,分别进行动力分析与对比分析,对三菱机型汽轮发电机组采用弹簧隔振基础的可行性进行研究.分析比较结果显示,采用弹簧隔振基础竖向基频可远离机组的运行频率,基础的动力放大系数减小99%,基础的振幅减小50%,地震时转子加速度峰值减小75%.
Based on demand of AP1000design control document,aimed at Mitsubishi units used in Xianning nuclear power plant,two models of frame type foundation and spring vibration-isolated foundation are established for dynamic analysis and comparison.Then the feasibility using spring foundation to Mitsubishi units is discussed.The calculation results show that the first vertical frequency of spring foundation can be away from the operating frequency;the dynamic amplification factor decreases 99%;amplitude decreases 50%;and acceleration at rotor shaft decreases 75%.
