摘要
为降低LNG储罐的地震响应,将混凝土外罐简化为悬臂剪切梁,推导外罐的运动方程.根据钢制内罐中液体运动的特点,从对流运动、液固耦联运动和刚性脉冲运动出发,依据LNG储罐所满足的边界条件和势流体理论,选择合理的速度势,给出基底剪力、罐壁倾覆力矩和晃动波高的理论表达.根据Hamilton原理,建立LNG储罐隔震体系的运动方程.选取16万m3LNG储罐进行非隔震与隔震地震响应时程分析和频谱分析.结果表明:基础隔震体系减震效果明显.在实际工程中,应根据场地土的类型,调整隔震周期和阻尼比,以期达到最佳减震效果.
To reduce earthquake response of LNG storage tanks,concrete outer tank was simplified as a cantilever shear beam,and the motion equations of outer tank were derived.According to liquid movement characteristics in the steel inner tank,starting with convective motion,fluid-structure coupling motion and rigid motion,the reasonable velocity potential was selected based on boundary conditions and potential theory of the LNG storage tanks,and the base shear,overturning moment and wave height were given.The isolation system motion equations of the LNG storage tank were established according to Hamilton principle.Seismic responses of 16×104 m3 non-isolated and isolated LNG tanks were analyzed by adopting time history and spectrum analysis.Numerical result shows that the damping effect of base isolation system is obvious.In practical projects,the isolation period and damping ratio should be adjusted based on site soil types so as to obtain the best damping effect.
