核级阀门电动执行机构抗震分析与试验

摘要
SDZH2-10型核级阀门电动执行机构要求在安全停堆地震(SSE)载荷下仍能执行规定的功能。对SDZH2-10型核级阀门电动执行机构进行抗震试验;通过模态分析确定抗震分析方法;采用与试验相同的地震载荷进行抗震分析;比较分析结果与试验结果,验证了分析方法的正确性。该抗震分析方法将用于改善核级产品抗震性能或用于核级产品鉴定。
SDZH2-10 nuclear-grade electric actuator shall perform its required safety function(s) while exposed to safe shutdown earthquake(SSE).Subject SDZH2-10 nuclear-grade electric actuator to seismic test,choose seismic analysis method by modal analysis,do seismic analysis with the same loads used in test,compare the analysis result with the test result to prove the validity of the analysis method.The seismic analysis method will be used to improve the aseismatic ability or used for qualification of nuclear-grade products.
