厂房紧临既有建筑物开挖控制爆破技术

摘要
杜伯华水电站厂房坝段右侧为已建泄洪闸坝段,厂房基坑需沿泄洪闸导墙外侧垂直下挖近13 m。在基坑开挖过程中对周边基岩进行有效的保护是保证工程安全的关键。在厂房基坑开挖阶段,施工单位成功采用了分区控制爆破、浅孔微差起爆、预裂爆破、减振缝、缓冲孔等先进爆破技术。
The right side of the powerhouse dam section is the existing sluice dam section for the Duber khwar hydropower station,the vertical excavation depth of the foundation pit of powerhouse is 13m along the outside of the sluice guide wall.The effective protection of the surrounding bedrock is the key to ensure the project safety in the excavation construction of foundation pit.In the excavation phase of foundation pit,some blasting technologies has been adopted successfully by the construction enterprises,including the partition controlled blasting,shallow hole millisecond blasting,presplitting blasting,damping seam,buffer hole,and so on.
