论室内装修中房屋抗震的安全控制

摘要
自汶川大地震、日本大地震发生后,引发人们对房屋抗震性的极大关注。对于一个房子的避震风险来说,最重要的是楼盘的土建结构要过关,这是最基础的一点,另外据调查建筑未垮塌的情况下人员在室内的伤亡主要来自装饰、家具等物品的砸伤以及地震引发的火灾等次生灾难的伤害。所以室内装修的安全性对减轻地震的危害是非常重要的环节之一。室内设计师一定是把安全放在第一位的,但从室内设计和装修手法角度来讲,完全的预防地震危险尚不能做到,但通过对室内空间的合理布局、施工工艺的严格质量把关、材料优选等一系列过程的安全控制,可以大大降低地震带来的危险系数,在一定程度上能有效的起到房屋抗震的作用。
