新型预热器塔架结构关键技术研究

摘要
预热器塔架是水泥新型干法生产线中的重要建筑。作为工业建筑,预热器塔架既高且重,风和地震作用对塔架结构影响很大,是预热器塔架结构设计的关键问题。采用风洞试验的方法研究了预热器塔架的风荷载分布情况,并通过风振分析的方法得出了塔架结构的等效风荷载。还与规范风荷载计算结果进行了计算对比,并给出了设计建议。采用弹塑性时程分析的方法研究了预制器塔架在不同烈度地震作用下的结构响应,在归纳总结的基础上对预热器塔架结构的地震响应规律、屈服机制与破坏模式进行了分析。结果表明结构斜撑受力状态对地震作用下结构整体性能起到了决定性作用。最后还提出了结构设计建议。
The pre-heater tower is an important industrial building in the NSP cement production lines.As an industrial building,the pre-heater tower is a tall heavy building,and easy to be effected by wind load and seismic action,which are the key technology problems in the structure design of preheater tower.Wind tunnel test is done to find the wind load distribution,and wind induced vibration analysis is done to get the equivalent wind load.Comparisons between the equivalent wind load and the wind load calculated by the code recommended method are also done,and some suggestions are proposed.The elasto-plastic time history analysis method is used to get the responses of one certain pre-heater structure under variable earthquake intensity motions.Inductive research on the calculation result reveals the inherent law of the structure,the yield mechanism and the failure mode of the structure.The analysis reveals that the braces determine the performance of the tower under the seismic action.Suggestions on structure design are proposed at the last of the paper.
