抗震结构全寿命周期成本模型的研究

摘要
地震灾害给人类造成了巨大的损失,包括经济、生命财产安全等,对工程结构的威胁也不可小觑,因此对建筑结构设计的荷载也必须考虑地震对其的损失。投资-效益准则的提出,要求建筑结构成本要从全寿命角度进行考虑,而抗震结构全寿命周期成本模型的研究成为其重要对象。介绍了投资-效益准则、建筑结构的破坏准则、各破坏等级的概率、初始成本、各破坏等级的损失值和建筑结构全寿命周期成本模型。通过对抗震结构全寿命周期成本模型的研究,以期给相关行业提供良好的借鉴。
Earthquake disasters caused huge human losses,including economic,security of life and property,the threat of the project structure should not be overlooked,so the building structure design earthquake loads must also consider their loss.Investment-effectiveness criterion has requested structural costs to be considered from the perspective of the whole life,and life-cycle cost seismic structure of the model become an important object.Describes the investment-benefit criteria,structural failure criterion,the probability of damage grade,initial cost,the loss of value of the damage level and architecture life-cycle cost model.Through the seismic structure of Life Cycle Cost Model,in order to provide a good reference for related industries.
