储油罐的自振特性与抗震性能分析

摘要
为获得储油罐的自振特性和抗震性能,采用有限元软件ANSYS建立了储油罐液固耦合的有限元模型,对模型进行自振特性分析,得到其自振频率和振型,通过频率计算结果与文献、规范进行对比,结果吻合良好,验证了模型的正确性。对模型进行多遇地震作用下的时程响应分析,得到各节点位移、加速度和等效应力极值沿罐壁高度的分布情况,确定了可能发生"象足"和"菱形"破坏的位置。进一步对模型进行罕遇地震作用下时程响应分析,结果表明军遇地震下,储油罐的最大轴向应力均超出许用临界应力,储油罐在军遇地震作用下会发生屈曲破坏。
In order to study the natural vibration property and seismic characteristics of oil storage tank,liquid and solid coupling finite element model was established by using ANSYS.The natural vibration characteristics of this model were analyzed,and the natural frequency and vibration modes were obtained.Comparing these results with the data from references and codes,it was found that the results from the analysis were perfectly coincided with that from these references,with which the correction of the model has been verified.By analyzing time history response of the model under frequent earthquake,the distributions of displacement,acceleration and equal maximum stress along the height of tank were obtained,then,the locations at which failure of "elephant foot" and "diamond" may occur were determined.Furthermore,time history response analysis was made to the model under rare earthquake, it was shown that under this condition,the maximum axial stress in oil storage tank exceeded allowable critical stress,and buckling failure will occur in the tank under rare earthquake condition.
