多源遥感影像变化检测方法在地震城区灾害评估中的比较

摘要
遥感技术是目前地震灾害检测与评估最经济最有效的手段,利用震前震后的遥感影像进行变化检测,是快速获取震害变化情报的关键。利用航空、航天多传感器获取的SPOT5、FORMOSAT2、TM、ADS40等汶川地震灾前、后多源遥感影像,在经过图像配准和辐射校正等预处理后,重点比较了代数比较法、分类比较法、面向对象法三种变化检测方法对城区震害变化检测的效果,分析现有方法的优缺点,为研究新的更有效的变化检测方法提供指导。
The remote sensing technique has presented the most economical and effective method in the detection and assessment of the earthquake disaster.Detcting changes with both pre-earthquake and post-earthquake remote-sensing images of the same area is key to gain earthquake damage information.Usingmultiple source remote sensing images such as SPOT5,FORMOSAT2,TM,ADS40 et al.This paper compares the change detection accuracy of three methods:pixel-level change detection method,post-classification comparison method and object-level change detection method,analyzes the merit and shortcoming of the existing method,in order to provide the instruction for studying the new and more effective change detction method.
