国家应急广播·鲁甸抗震救灾应急广播的技术工作

摘要
2014年云南省昭通市鲁甸县"8.03"6.5级地震发生后,中央人民广播电台决定联合云南广播电视台、昭通人民广播电台在鲁甸县震中龙头山镇迅速搭建和开播"国家应急广播·云南鲁甸抗震救灾应急电台",这也是国家应急广播的呼号在芦山地震后的第二次使用。本文从当时的工作实际出发,通过对灾区电台播出环境勘察、技术系统搭建、设备器材的使用等方面介绍了应急广播的技术工作,希望能从我台第一次参与的应急广播工作中吸取宝贵的经验。
After the earthquake took palace in Ludian Zhaotong Yunnan Province Aug. 2014, China National Radio associated with Yunnan Radio and Television and Zhaotong Radio set up the emergency radio in the earthquake zone in Ludian, that was the second task of National Emergency Radio after the earthquake in Lushan. Basing on the broadcast technical work in the earthquake zone, this paper introduces the emergency broadcast technical work which includes status estimate, broadcasting system, equipment applying,etc. we hope it will be a benei cial reference to the emergency broadcast technical work.
