振冲碎石桩与充水预压联合处理地震区深厚软土地基

摘要
采用振冲碎石桩与充水预压法对SKIKADA炼油厂场地进行联合地基处理。在分析场区工程地质条件的基础上,选用振冲碎石桩与充水预压联合地基处理方案,并对施工方案进行设计;经过现场振冲碎石桩试桩试验,进一步优化振冲碎石桩的桩长和桩位分布;在充水预压施工过程中,实时进行土体位移和孔隙水压力的动态监测,严格执行信息化施工。结果表明,处理后,复合地基承载力达260kPa,灌体运营期间沉降量为270mm,振冲碎石桩与充水预压联合法能够有效、经济地处理地震区深厚软土地基。
Vibrofluctuation crushed stone (VCS) piles combined with preloading was chosen to treat the SKIKADA refinery sub-grade. Based on the engineering geological conditions in site, the preliminary designs of VCS Pile and preloading were done respectively. The length and layout of VCS piles was optimized by the VCS pile test in site. In the meantime, the dynamic monitoring of soil displacement and pore water pressure was carried out timely, and the loading was controlled strictly on information during preloading. The results show that the composite sub-grade bearing capacity reaches 260 kPa and the total settlement during operation in the future will be 270 mm after preloading treatment, and that the deep and thick soft strata in seismic region can be improved effectively and economically by the VCS piles combined with preloading.
