强地震区1000MW汽轮发电机基础研究

摘要
天津北疆发电厂1000MW汽轮发电机是由上海汽轮机厂和上海发电机厂利用引进的西门子技术加工而制作的,厂址抗震设防基本烈度为8度(0.2g),场地土类别为Ⅳ类,是国内地震烈度最高的百万等级机组.本文运用STAAD PRO 2005、ANSYS等大型软件对北疆基座的抗震性能、联结点地震力等进行了分析,并与1∶10的物理模型试验结果进行比较,表明其结构的各项性能指标均能满足现行规范的要求.这对以后强地震区百万基座的研究选型提供了参考.
The 1 000MW turbo-generator in Tianjin Beijiang Electric Power Plant is manufactured by the Siemens technology introduced by Shanghai Turbine Factory and Shanghai Generator Factory;the aseismic fortification basic intensity of the factory site is Ⅷ degrees(0.2 g);the site soil classification is the gradeⅣ,which is the domestic 1 000 MW unit with highest earthquake intensity.The aseismic performance of the Beijiang base,the seismic force of the junction points,etc.are analyzed by using the large-scale software such as STAAD PRO 2005,ANSYS etc.;and the result is compared with the result of the 1∶10 physical model test.The all results indicate that each performance index of the structure can satisfy the present standard reguirements,which provides reference for the research and model selection of the 1 000 MW unit foundation in meizoseismal area in the future.
