钢筋混凝土多层框架柱的设计与施工分析——汶川大地震震害考察及对现状的思考

摘要
本文根据多层钢筋混凝土框架柱在汶川地震中的震害情况,分析了柱的破坏情况和现行规范对强柱弱梁的设计规定。建议框架结构应考虑梁柱线刚度比,适当降低混凝土柱轴压比,提高柱配筋率,调整梁柱偏心,确定合理的底层柱高取值;提出了柱配筋率、配箍等构造要求。对目前影响柱施工质量的各种原因进行分析,提出了设计时应充分考虑柱截面小、箍筋肢距过密对混凝土浇捣质量的影响问题;并强调应避免由于施工时高处一次性投料,作业不规范及各种违反《施工规范》的操作而造成的质量缺陷
Based on the multi-storey reinforced concrete frame columns in the Wenchuan earthquake damage,the analysis of the column and the destruction of the existing norms on the strong pillar of the weak beam design requirements.The structure of the proposed framework should be given stiffness than the column line,due to lower concrete column axial compression ratio,increase the rate of reinforced concrete columns,beams and columns to adjust eccentric,to determine the reasonable value of the underlying high-chu;put forward the column reinforcement ratio,with hoop,and other construction requirements.At present,the impact on the quality of the construction of the column to analyze a variety of reasons,the proposed design should take full account of the small cross-section column,limbs from the stirrups too close to the pouring of concrete and destroyed the quality of the problem;and stressed the need to avoid because of high one-time construction material,And various non-standard operating in violation of the "Construction Standards" caused by the operation of the quality defects.
